In 2018 and 2019, ANTCO has facilitated the collaboration of First Nations to share, network and leverage housing resources. The Housing Resources Service (HRS) was established so these First Nations communities could collaborate and access a range of services along the housing continuum within the Nlaka’pamux, and Secwépemc Nations and Upper Nicola Band.
The HRS is not:
- a Regional or Provincial Housing “Authority”,
- a political influence in communities,
- a decision maker of program funding.
- HRS will not compete for community funding for housing.

The HRS serves the Nlaka’pamux, Secwépemc and Upper Nicola territories located in the Interior of British Columbia including Fraser Canyon, Cariboo and Thompson-Nicola regions.
The HRS serves as a “place” for gathering and sharing information relevant to the First Nations within the 3 territories — this has been done over thousands of years through ceremony, familial connections and transportation routes of the Fraser, Thompson and Nicola Rivers that remain key journey corridors today!
We welcome you to join us on our collective journey. Thank you for visiting!
