Attached is the recent presentation on the new simplified renovation program.
Note that allocations for 24/25 have been completed based on the Expression of Interest done previous to the 23/24 allocation. You will not be able to input applications in the revised portal unless you have received an allocation. If additional funds become available I will ensure to let you know. Please note that through our Co-investment program you can apply for up to $15,000 per unit for renovations as long as this cost doesn’t exceed 40% of the total. This works great of you have other funds such as from ISC or your own funds. Loans can also be applied for as long as the project is viable and can show it can repay a loan. Key is having a scope of work, detailed inspections etc. I am available to discuss as needed.
